After 10 years of this, do we get to call it a cabal, now?
Honestly this part of the comment really made me chuckle š¤£
I still think Cabal is the wrong word. Cabal would mean itās a secret group.
Like itās pretty transparent when people do stuff here. Like you can easily see who votes for what proposals, who upvotes who, and who downvotes who.
Thatās not a Cabal imo.
I mean Cabal sounds cool though so maybe thatās why people say cabal.
Like imagine if they have drinks and snacks at parties and do chants? š¤£
Anyways, most blockchains have a smaller group of people that are more influential than others.
Even Bitcoin only has 6 people that hold the keys to merge code for Bitcoin as an example.
Hate to see you go, but IF you go, you are simply one more of the thousands that have dropped us like we were hot.
Well Iām not dropping Hive like itās hot. I just want to invest in other things. There are a lot of undervalued things right now imo because the āmarketā is so fearful.
Drop It Like Itās Hot is a good party song though. Thatās the first thing I thought of when I read this part at the bottom. š
A cabal would be a group of poeple that use thier power exclusively for their own benefit and to the detriment of those not in the cabal.
And, yes, it is missing most of the secret part.
But, we don't know who is holding all the hive on the exchanges.
Somebody with money to spare, for sure.
Same with whomever is supporting the price.
As long as smart contracts get delivered, it's blue sky flying.
