To survive, we need healthy food first.And I enjoy homemade food the most.My goal is always to prepare healthy food for my family.No matter how normal the food is, I will prepare it at home in a healthy way.


First of all, I want to ensure healthy food for my family.This morning started with a lot of work for me.But I like to work hard and if I can do something good for my family, then I'm happy. Especially i should start the morning with a healthy meal.



One thing I always believe in is that if I can ensure I eat healthy food, my day will go well and I will be able to work.We have some local foods that are very tasty and healthy.Even though the foods may look normal, they are healthy for us.Morning started with a healthy home-cooked meal.


My husband and my eldest child go to the office after eating home-cooked food in the morning.I woke up in the morning and started the morning with prayer.Then in the morning I drink water on an empty stomach and try to do some exercise.For example, I try to walk in the morning.

First thing in the morning I cooked white rice.I made mashed potatoes and some spicy spices to eat with the white rice.I fried our local vegetable which are collected from inside the banana tree.In addition to making these, I also cut up fish to cook.Which was delicious hilsa fish.

In addition to cooking various types of curries and vegetables, I quickly prepared fried eggs and mashed potatoes with white rice for my husband and children in the morning.These breakfast foods may look normal, but they are our local tradition.I happily prepare these dishes.
