Chicken Trump Won't Recognize Genocide After Erdogan Threat

It never really ceases to amaze people how decades long problems have all fallen on the back of Trump. For decades former presidents have all used similar language spoon fed them by advisers against recognition of the genocide. Trump was given that same calling card. He was hand fed the same talking points memo when it came to addressing the issue. The current and former administrations have used the threat of recognition as a means to keep Turkey in line.

Trump could have had anyone pick up the phone, as what is usually done, and had the motion to introduce objected by...but unlike all prior administrations that didn't happen. My own personal assessment of that is (I am allowed one since your one million four hundred ninety nine comment is your own, but, as always, you fail to do your research and find that was the exact same talking point given prior presidents) Trump knows the "art of the deals", he knows the votes are there to pass it, he doesn't object, THEN he saves face with Turkey by giving them the same talking points of the past but?...he also knows the votes are there to override any veto....so that gives him and his administration an out to do that which should have been done a long time ago. Any past president could have done the same thing...so who's the chicken here?
