Here you will learn how to quickly and easily replace the door loudspeaker on the Alfa Romeo 147.
1.We dismantle the plastic screw covers, see photo
2.We dismantle the window controls
3.Press the lock on the connector and disconnect
4.After removing the window control, we get to the next screw that holds the door handle.
5.In the lower part of the door there are 4 screws (one is in the door lamp)
6.Carefully remove the inner triangle of the mirror
7.Now we have all the screws out. Carefully snap the door cover. Then lift it slightly and remove the cover via the door handle. There are 2 connectors under the cover. One at the door handle for a small speaker and the other at the bottom for door lighting.
8.Disassemble the speaker (4 screws + connector)
9.To properly position and maintain the original connector, I used the frame from the original speaker.
10.I plugged in the speaker and tried it out.
11.And in the end, you can easily put everything back together in the opposite way
This procedure can also be used to replace a door handle or a window puller.
