Decentralized curation is a very important step forward for Hive communities and getting the community involved is key for us, that's why we want you to get involved in this process!
WHAT DOES THE INITIATIVE CONSIST OF?
The Author of the week is a weekly initiative supported by other communities and projects. The objective will be to give recognition and more visibility to four authors who have stood out in the last seven days. Through the vote of our community subscribers in the poll below, we will be able to reach a better decision.
What will the winner of the poll get? Apart from the recognition of our community, the author will receive 60% of the rewards of our next post announcing this initiative. In addition, that user will be included in the following week's @leofinance community curation list (as long as the author has posted from INLEO ).
We take this opportunity to congratulate @proymet @kreuter2022 who were tied in the last survey and are therefore each beneficiaries of 30%.. Congratulations!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ELECTION?
First, prepare your attitude We want you to be aware that we want to value the quality of the post, for its meaningful text, quality of images, presentation, effort shown and that it is in line with the theme of the community. Let's avoid voting just because it is our friend or family member, because we could deprive of recognition to another good author, another good content.
Second, once we have the right attitude, review the nominated posts for June 17 to 23 They are these:

La curación descentralizada es un paso adelante muy importante para las comunidades de Hive y conseguir que la comunidad participe es clave para nosotros, ¡por eso queremos que te involucres en este proceso!

El Autor de la semana es una iniciativa semanal que cuenta con el apoyo de otras comunidades y proyectos. El objetivo será darle reconocimiento y más visibilidad a cuatro autores que se hayan destacado en los últimos siete días. Mediante el voto de los subscriptores de nuestra comunidad en la encuesta citada abajo podremos lograr una mejor decisión.
¿Qué obtendrá el que resulte ganador en la encuesta? Aparte del reconocimiento de nuestra comunidad, será beneficiario del 60% de las recompensas de nuestro próximo post de anuncio de ésta iniciativa. Además, entrará en la lista de curación de la comunidad @leofinance de la siguiente semana (siempre que publique desde INLEO ).
