"Bangsbo Fort used to protect the Kattegat. Built by Germany when they occupied Denmark. Quite an obvious spot - high ground rising from the sea (well, this is Denmark, so “high” means 80m asl but still quite a rise immediately from the beach). The hill is dotted with remains of gun beds and bunkers (some few dozen of them). This is a museum."

"Today I will share a very special recipe, it brings me fond memories because although the first time I made it was in times of Covid it is also true that it came from my own inspiration, it is a Tangerine Cake, I am honest I was one of those who did not like to measure the ingredients before everything was done by instinct sometimes the recipes especially the cakes I was fine but other times gave much to be desired."
