I must say that I loved being part of this initiative, I really enjoyed doing not only the photo collages, but also answering the 4 questions. So I hope that many people will be encouraged to participate.
Debo comenzar diciendo que mi experiencia en el mundo del maquillaje ha ido en evolución... Cuando comencé en todo este mundo lleno de color, brillo y pestañas postizas yo solo tenía la teoría y cero práctica.
Quienes han tenido la oportunidad de leer mis post, saben que al principio no me gustaba el maquillaje, luego poco a poco me fui interesando y a través de tutoriales de youtube fui aprendiendo la función de cada producto.
I must start by saying that my experience in the world of makeup has been evolving.... When I started in all this world full of color, glitter and false eyelashes I only had the theory and zero practice.
Those who have had the opportunity to read my posts, know that at first I did not like makeup, then little by little I became interested and through youtube tutorials I learned the function of each product.
Mi experiencia con el maquillaje inicio junto a la aventura de Hive, es aquí donde me he atrevido a salir de mi zona de confort... Participar en las iniciativas de Hive me ha permitido probar cosas nueva y enseñarme que si me propongo algo lo puedo lograr.
My experience with makeup started with the Hive adventure, this is where I have dared to go out of my comfort zone... Participating in Hive's initiatives has allowed me to try new things and taught me that if I set my mind to something I can achieve it.
Jugar con los colores es otra cosa que me a permitido hacer Hive... El poder crear maquillajes con diferentes color, sobretodo con negro, una sombra a la cual le tengo mucho respeto, porque es un tono que cuesta difuminarlo y corregir cualquier error puede ser muy tedioso, a sido una de las experiencias más increíbles de Hive, porque como les digo, he salido de mi zona de confort, y a muchos de ustedes les ha gustado, así que eso me motiva a seguir probando cosas nuevas.
Playing with colors is another thing that has allowed me to do Hive... Being able to create makeup with different colors, especially with black, a shade that I have a lot of respect for, because it is a shade that is hard to blend and correcting any mistake can be very tedious, has been one of the most incredible experiences of Hive, because as I say, I have left my comfort zone, and many of you have liked it, so that motivates me to keep trying new things.
Definitivamente hoy puedo decir que el esfuerzo a tenido frutos, sé que aún me falta mucho por aprender, pero he creado looks que antes ni siquiera hubiera imaginado, así que lo que queda de ahora en adelante es seguir practicando y echarle muchas ganas.
Today I can definitely say that the effort has paid off, I know I still have a lot to learn, but I have created looks that before I could not even have imagined, so what remains from now on is to keep practicing and put a lot of effort.
¿A que edad iniciaste en el mundo del maquillaje?
Inicié a los 24 años, exactamente el año pasado a causa, precisamente de la pandemia de la COVID-19 aquí en Venezuela.
At what age did you start in the world of makeup?
I started when I was 24 years old, exactly last year, precisely because of the COVID-19 pandemic here in Venezuela.
¿Te maquillas para el diario o lo haces solo en ocasiones especiales?
Normalmente no me maquillo, y cuando lo hago es un look bastante sencillo.
Do you wear make-up on a daily basis or do you do it only on special occasions?
I don't usually wear makeup, and when I do it's a pretty simple look.
¿Que te motiva a maquillarte y por qué?
Las ganas de aprender y mejorar en el mundo del maquillaje, además de todo el apoyo que me han brindado aquí en Hive
What motivates you to do makeup and why?
The desire to learn and improve in the world of makeup, in addition to all the support that I have been given here at Hive.
¿Que consejo darías a los chicos y chicas nuevas en esta comunidad?
Insistan, insistan y nunca desistan... Si tienen miedo, háganlo con miedo... Es el mejor deseo que puedo darles.
What advice would you give to the new guys and girls in this community?
Insist, insist and never give up... If you are afraid, do it with fear? That's the best wish I can give them.
