昨天周末,孩子妈决定在家自制蛋糕。4月份孩子马上要过生日,现在练习好了做蛋糕,4月份正好给孩子自制蛋糕,不用在外面买了。

取3个鸡蛋把蛋黄蛋清分开,打蛋黄比较容易,很快就打成黄绸色。

蛋清要打的时间比较长,得用搅拌器。一直打到膨胀起来,还要按照比例放很细小的绵白糖。

搅拌完后把蛋清和蛋黄合在一起继续搅拌。搅拌到充分融合为止。

然后就可以放到蛋糕模具里,烤箱150℃烤40分钟。烤的过程中可以看到蛋糕逐渐蓬松起来。

烤完出炉啦,刚从取出来还很蓬松,放了一小会就塌陷下去了,应该是蛋清没有搅拌到位,也可能是材料比例没掌握好。
尝了一下,口感还是不错的,和外面蛋糕店差不多。但是塌陷了下去,不能在上面抹奶油。距离孩子生日还有一段时间,还可以继续练习。
