
猪尾,跟猪蹄一样含有丰富的蛋白质和胶质,也就是我们常说的胶原蛋白~
但是我家吃猪蹄最受欢迎~ 猪尾只是偶尔吃吃,什么原因呢,这个跟认知和主理买菜事务的人有关吧,呵~
我从我妈那了解到的~ 我妈还说,猪尾比较易上火,我们家也喜欢吃猪蹄多一点,所以猪尾在我家很难得的才吃一次
这次年夜饭桌上,爸爸弄了一大份猪尾,猪蹄就暂时不入面了XXD~ 当然也是因为小年夜吃了很大一份猪蹄,爸爸大概是琢磨着给我们换个口味吧~
爸爸弄的这份红烧猪尾也相当好吃的😋 软烂入味,香气四溢…… 满满的胶原蛋白呢~ 唯一一点缺点就是猪尾上的猪毛有些地方没拔干净,看的让人慎得慌似的😂😂
我还对爸爸弱弱地说了一句:“猪尾的那些毛没搞干净,不好看”
可能是这样说惹的爸爸不高兴了,他有点语气不善地说:“那你就别吃嘛”😖😢 我听出爸爸有点火药味似的🙄 没有接嘴🤐
