Happy 100th Hive Open Mic, woohoo! This community continues to make amazing strides toward world peace as we build brotherhood through our love of live music. It is thrilling to feel the energy coming through our songs, and through our encouraging words as we all express and connect. Especially at this time in human history, it is earth-shaking, awe-inspiring, and enlivening to imagine the impact of all these people simply offering our art, sharing our hearts.
Naturally, our 100th community concert event is a special one. This week's theme is: "Canta Conmigo" (Sing With Me), selected by our recent Spotlight Artist @jesuslnrs. Most of us know Jesús Armando Linares as one of the core members of our community's leadership team. He is gifted vocalist and a supporter of every single musician who participates here. Everyone is encouraged to share the collective current as we express and connect through: Canta Conmigo.
This week's unique invitation is to team up with someone and sing a song together.
“Canta Conmigo”
This week's Hive Open Mic theme is: “Canta Conmigo.” This is a pressure-free invitation, encouraging us to explore new territory together as artists, sharing common ground as a community. Musicians always have full freedom to bring whatever music feels inspired in the moment. Here's a timeline, for anyone wishing to look back, be present, or prepare future entries.
How To Play
1. Produce - Introduce your video by saying the words, “Hive Open Mic Week 100,” including your name. Perform a song.
2. Present - Post your video in the Hive Open Mic community. Include the tag #openmic.
3. Promote - Share your link in the comments section of Sunday's open mic invitation in order to ensure your entry is heard.
4. Prosper - Build relationships by engaging with fellow music lovers through uplifting comments.

Show support by engaging with the musicians. The greatest gift we can give to an artist is our attention. For this reason, we humbly ask that everyone offer some friendly words. Reward musicians by offering applause as if we're in a pub, a coffee shop, or concert hall. Our comments might be the vital voice that gives a musician the wings to fly, or the gills to dive deep!

Hola, amigos, estoy muy entusiasmada por participar esta semana, ya que traigo un tema que creo a todos les va a gustar por el mensaje tan importante que comparte. Ayer estuvimos varios amigos en casa de @hermaryrc grabando, a ver si logramos publicar no a última hora, así como nos aconsejó el amigo @jesuslnrs, es difícil porque el internet va y viene, la luz llega y se va... Pero esperamos poder publicar un poco más pronto que justo el sábado como nos ha pasado en diversas oportunidades. Muy buena la idea de que esta semana se grabe en compañía de amigos... creo que los organizadores merecen otro aplauso por esta iniciativa.
Hello, friends, I am very excited to participate this week 100, since I bring a topic that I think everyone will like because of the important message that it shares. Yesterday we were several friends at @hermaryrc's house recording, let's see if we can publish not at the last minute, as the friend @jesuslnrs advised us, but it's difficult because the internet comes and goes, the light comes and goes... But we wait be able to post a little sooner than on Saturday as another times. The idea that this week is recorded in the company of friends is very good... I think the organizers deserve another round of applause for this initiative.

I think you should not publish the same video, so if you do a collab just one of you two publish that same video.

Never duplicate content. If you are going to collaborate with someone you must appear in that user's video and also in your personal video. Or just participate once and share the rewards...
