Galtén has quickly become our favorite pizza place in town. They make everything from scratch and you can tell, it's delicious. Right now, during the strikes, it's hard to find placed that are open. But knocking at the door, you'll be let in. Like a speak easy. It's just the family itself working, where usually are quite a few employees. On Tuesday's, a personal pizza (more than enough even for me, and I eat a lot) is only $5.
They're also my first onboard as a restaurant, with help of @meno who's a trusted guide at @distriator . @galtencotacachi is run by @dlca , who I got on board with a personal account last Thursday when he bought bread from us. If you ever come to Cotacachi - this is a good place to get delicious food and great service!
