"It's getting late. All the good gifts will be gone if you don't get a head start to the mall", Mrs. Gentry whispered to her husband, trying not to alert Jr.
Jr. was all ears trying to find out if his new scooter was on the gift list.
"Why don't you go shopping. You know I'm no good at it," whispered Mr. Gentry.
"Then you stay here and play with Jr., help him with his homework, make sure he's fed, take him for exercise, and ...." Mrs. Gentry looked ahead as she knew she'd got him this time.
"Ok, I'll go. Give me your list." Mr. Gentry then shook his head as he waddled off to the mall with feathers in his mouth.

Yes, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. That used to be me and hubby when time to go shopping when the kids were small, else you'd have a rampage in the toy store, lol.
It really amazes me when I see parents with small kids in the toy store. They spend most of their time yelling, "now stop. put that down. don't open that, I'll have to pay for it. where are you going. stay here." It's not worth it.

in a beautiful morning somebody nocked at door of duck couple but when the wife duck open the door , she didn't find any one there.
But due to safety purpose she took her duck husband with her outside to look, who is disturbing them in the beautiful morning.
There child came behind running to play outside. But the disgusted husband kept looking everywhere angrily. At last not finding any body
they were returning to there house but suddenly they discovered there child had a wooden box which kept falling from Childs hand and it sounded
like door nock. Now both relaxed and happy had the breakfast and again went outside to enjoy the morning.
Ha! I am glad they figured out who was knocking at the door and disturbing them! 😀 I imagine their child is playing happily! Thanks for writing a story!

BEER.This is 1st time I enter the contest. Attracted by a great photo by @brittandjosie. Suddenly it flashed, I got it all in my mind, and just had to put it down onto the paper - took less then 3 minutes.
There is still dust in the air; but gradually it settles and everything calms down, the crowd of mad ducks has already dispersed and is putting themself in order after the brawl. The leader of the pack looked at the curious passerby cameraman with an appraising glance. He didn't seem to like my long black telephoto lens, and he didn't like me either.
--What the f--ck are you staring at? F--ck off! Get out, you piece of shit, you are warned.
--What is the problem, Mister Goose? This is a public space, isnt it? I am not violating your private property. Plus, let it be known to you, there is a law on Trespassing the private territory! And I am totally in the full right to take photographs here.
--Oh, mates, look -- we have another lawyer here! Yeah, come on, try it, if you're so brave. We had another braver not long before you, he came to us here, also was mumbling something about his inalienable rights too. Said he was a scientist and just studying feathered friends habits. I ate his liver with beans and a glass of excellent Chianti!

After hearing that covid-19 has got a vaccine that's capable of preventing it up to 95%, Cercie took to her Instagram page, sharing how she and her family members ran away from their home to an island know by them alone.
As she was narrating how happy she has been since the news, Sas her brother stepped in to the video and thanked his creator for not allowing anyone in their family to die during the lockdown.
As Cercie was rejoicing, Kate her junior sister shouted from the back "Hello world, we are very safe and healthy".

Covid-19 has been defeated by our great scientists.

It's the season of celebration.
"Yeah, December is here" said Clara. She looked around, sighting Bisi and Tolu at her back.
She called them to come closer to the visitor (brittandjosie) who started to take some pictures of them with her phone.
Bisi wasn't very happy about that but Tolu encouraged Clara to pose for the camera.
Clara's image was taken for several times as she smiles with a feather in her mouth.
After some shots were taken, Clara looked at the visitor in a cute way.
The visitor dipped her hand into the small bag, brought our some good seeds and threw it to Clara.
Bisi who wasn't pleased by the decision made by Clara at the beginning rushed to enjoy the giveaway done by the visitor.
When she got to the drop zone, she quietly said "we're family anyway".

ENGAGEtokens.It was yet another quiet morning, one could feel it from the inside. However, none could explain the violent attack of some unfriendly humans on birds over the past days.
I and Jake got out to see if truly, the predators had departed, as everywhere seemed quiet. Thank goodness, they were out of sight. But there were some damages done as our field looked real dirty. This is crazy! Our surrounding which looked like where birds might have been in unison, was in actual sense a memory of birds flying away in terror. Poor things... They must have left some feathers in hasty flight.
Anyways, the mist was disappearing and we had to get back to work. But Jake looked worried yet stood with a fierce look. While Jnr, our son still looked more like a scary bird as he walked a distance behind us.
I wasn't going to fret because Jake had already told us to be at alert. And with that look on his face, I was so certain that he could beat anyone that tried to attack us(his family). What about that little feather stuck around his nose? He definitely would prey on some silly poachers and cook them for our Christmas stew if they dared come at us.

Look at Toulouse geese and see if they might be what you are looking for. I'm not certain about different types of geese.
