I am a person who likes to keep up to date when it comes to technology, I like to play video games, watch science fiction series and movies, read science fiction books and I am also passionate about cinema and technology, many times I have heard the term "geek" and asked myself, what is a geek? and after reading and doing some research on it, I can say that a geek is someone who has a strong interest in technology and related topics, this includes things like computing, programming, hardware, science fiction, video games and popular culture being people with passion and enthusiasm for these topics and generally with great knowledge in them.

I think that we all have something of a geek in us, we don't necessarily have to be experts in technology or videogames, although I think that we all have something that interests us deeply, something that we like to investigate and learn and it doesn't matter if it is technology, education, art, history, natural sciences, astronomy, or whatever, the point is that we all have something that motivates and inspires us, something that makes us feel alive and gives us a purpose and although we are not all geeks in the same way, I think that there is something geeky in each of us, since after all, curiosity is a universal human quality and that is a quality that we all have in common.
Creo que todos tenemos algo de geek en nosotros, no necesariamente tenemos que ser unos expertos en tecnología o videojuegos, aunque creo que todos tenemos algo que nos interesa profundamente, algo que nos gusta investigar y aprender y no importa si es tecnología, educación, arte, historia, ciencias naturales, astronomía, o cualquier otra cosa, el punto es que todos tenemos algo que nos motiva y nos inspira, algo que nos hace sentir vivos y nos da un propósito y aunque no todos somos geeks de la misma forma, creo que hay algo de geek en cada uno de nosotros, ya que después de todo, la curiosidad es una cualidad humana universal y esa es una cualidad que todos tenemos en común.
