Disfrutando de la película Píxeles, y viendo la parte donde aparece el Pac Man Gigante, se me vinieron a la mente aquellos momentos de mi infancia, donde mi papá se dedicó a comprarme cada consola de video juegos que saliera al mercado. La primera de ellas fue el popular Atari, y me fue imposible evitar esos instantes donde jugaba horas y horas al Pac Man. Por ello, en vista de volver a esas vivencias pasadas, inicié la búsqueda de este juego en la play store, sin embargo, el Pac Man como tal no está, pero si algunos similares donde aparecen los famosos fantasmas, y la famosa carita comelona. En este caso, me refiero al Pac Garden que fue el juego que encontré, es divertido, fácil de usar, y es apto para todo tipo de público.
Estoy seguro que la gran mayoría de ustedes ha jugado Pac Man, y sino lo han hecho, acompáñenme en esta grandiosa y emotiva aventura. Es fabuloso recordar momentos de mi infancia, y les comparto esta felicidad, porque este juego tiene historia, es famoso, y por supuesto, pone a prueba nuestra habilidad mental, porque aunque es fácil de manipular, debemos estar siempre atentos a los fantasmas para que no nos coman. Entonces amigos míos, vamos a disfrutar todos de esta experiencia, y a comer pastillas se ha dicho. Sigamos adelante, que la emoción apenas comienza.

Enjoying the movie Pixels, and watching the part where the Giant Pac Man appears, those moments of my childhood came to my mind, where my dad was dedicated to buy me every video game console that came out in the market. The first of them was the popular Atari, and it was impossible for me to avoid those moments where I played Pac Man for hours and hours. Therefore, in order to return to those past experiences, I started the search for this game in the play store, however, Pac Man as such is not there, but there are some similar games where the famous ghosts and the famous eating face appear. In this case, I refer to Pac Garden which was the game I found, it is fun, easy to use, and is suitable for all audiences.
I'm sure most of you have played Pac Man, and if you haven't, join me in this great and emotional adventure. It is fabulous to remember moments of my childhood, and I share with you this happiness, because this game has history, it is famous, and of course, it tests our mental ability, because although it is easy to manipulate, we must always be aware of the ghosts so they don't eat us. Este magnífico juego es gratuito, y lo podemos encontrar fácilmente en la Play Store. La versión del mismo es la 2.0.1, tiene más de 500 mil descargas, y la reputación es muy buena de 4.2. En cuanto a su tamaño de almacenamiento, éste es de 9.7MB, un tamaño muy bajo y cómodo, lo que no afecta en lo absoluto a nuestro dispositivo, sea teléfono o tableta. Por otro lado, otra magnífica noticia, en que puede ser instalado en equipos con Android 2.3 en adelante. Como dije, es super fácil de utilizar, y apto para todo público. Nos vamos entonces a su instalación, la cual he realizado en caliente. En primer lugar, nos vamos a nuestro dispositivo ubicando el botón de la play store. Presionamos, y en la sección de búsqueda escribimos Pac Garden, luego presionas la lupa. Observamos que el juego aparece de primero, lo seleccionamos invitándonos a instalarlo. Por supuesto, presionamos instalar y esperamos el proceso. Al culminar le damos al botón jugar para entrar directamente al juego. Una vez dentro, observamos la pantalla que muestra las opciones Nuevo Juego, opciones, alta puntuación, y ayuda. Antes de iniciar el juego vamos a disfrutar de cada una de las alternativas presentadas.
Al seleccionar opciones, simplemente observamos que podemos darle rango a la música, al sonido, y a la velocidad de los muñecos en movimiento. Con el botón regresar volvemos a la pantalla anterior. Ubicamos alta puntuación, y ésta no es más que una lista donde aparecerán los jugadores, claro está, que el sistema más adelante irá pidiendo que introduzcas los datos del jugador. Regresamos, y entramos a la opción de ayuda, donde aparece una descripción general del juego, además de explicar la forma de controlar el pac man.

Más adelante, en la misma ayuda podemos ver el significado de las figuras que vamos comiendo o obteniendo, las cuales serán positivas o negativas para el pac man. Tenemos la famosa pastilla, que aquí es llamada perla; cuando el pac man la come se llena la barra que se ubica al lado derecho de la pantalla, los fantasmas se ponen lentos y de color gris, en ese momento aprovechamos y los comemos, a medida que comes fantasmas, la barra va disminuyendo hasta que los fantasmas vuelven a la normalidad. Encontrarás una especie de nieve que al comerla, los fantasmas se congelan. De igual manera, si comemos el escudo, el pac man se torna de color blanco y te puedes comer los fantasmas (quedan del mismo color). También con la nieve y el escudo, las barras del lado derecho se llenan.
Si te cae el rayo, la velocidad del pac man aumenta de forma temporal. Si te cae el yunque, ocurre lo contrario, te pones más lento. Con el cohete, los fantasmas se asusta y salen disparados, que locos. Lógicamente, cuando veas un corazón, te lo comes para que aumentes las vidas. ¡Ah!, se me olvidaba, que cada vez que te comes las pastillas normales, va incrementando tu puntuación la cual la ves reflejada al lado superior derecho de la pantalla, junto al símbolo de dólar. Estas son las figuras básicas que podremos encontrar en el juego, por supuesto van apareciendo a medida que avances. Ahora sí, regresamos para iniciar el juego.

Si la presionamos podemos irnos a cada etapa, y en cada una de ellas tenemos habilitado el primer nivel, es decir, podemos iniciar en cualquiera de las tres etapas. Como podrás ver, son tres escenarios con un total de 60 niveles. Podrán disfrutar la emoción de evadir hasta 10 fantasmas, a medida que avances en el juego. Luego de esto, regresamos para entrar al primer nivel de la primera etapa. Tenemos el escenario verde, el laberinto, el castillo que es la casa de los fantasmas, y en la parte derecha de la pantalla puedes observar cada figura que hemos descrito.
Primero la puntuación, luego el nivel que vas logrado sobre los 20 totales. El corazón de las vidas, la cantidad de fantasmas en el nivel. Además, tienes el indicativo de las barras que le convienen al Pac Man para comer a los fantasmas. Vamos a disfrutar del movimiento, para que te des cuenta que la forma de controlar al Pac Man es sumamente fácil. Si recuerdas, cuando jugábamos con el Atari, teníamos un control manual con el cual dirigíamos al Pac Man a la derecha, izquierda, arriba, abajo. Bueno, aquí nuestro control será el táctil del dispositivo, que en conjunto con los dedos podemos dar la dirección que queramos al Pac Man. De verdad un juego muy divertido y sencillo.

Por supuesto, ganas el nivel y sigues avanzando, sí y solo sí, te comes todas las pastillas. Una cosa que es diferente al Pac Man original, es que el laberinto es totalmente cerrado, es decir, no existen las aberturas a los lados, y arriba y abajo, por donde el pac man se puede meter y salir por otro lado. Por ello, se torna un poco más difícil, ya que debemos tener habilidad suficiente para evadir los fantasmas.
Al inicio podrá ser fácil, porque aparecen solo dos fantasmas, pero no quiero imaginarme cuando salgan los 10, ay papá, a correr se ha dicho. A lo mejor te has dado cuenta, que en la parte superior izquierda aparece un cuadrito, bueno, si lo presionamos nos lleva a una pantalla de pausa. En ella tienes dos opciones, continuar para seguir con el mismo juego, y leave para salir, y volver a la pantalla donde aparecen los niveles. Si has internalizado lo que he escrito, y si has jugado el Pac Man original, antes dije que la carita podía salir de la pantalla y aparecer por el otro lado, es decir, el pac man salía por la parte derecha de la pantalla, y aparecía por la izquierda.
Salía por debajo y aparecía por arriba y viceversa; era una forma fácil que teníamos para escapar de los fantasmas. Pero en esta versión la cosa se torna más complicada y divertida, porque el laberinto, como dije, es cerrado, no existen esos escapes. Ahora, a medida que avanzamos en los niveles, podemos disfrutar de algunas ventajas de aparecer y desaparecer. Por ejemplo, voy en el nivel 5 y vemos dos círculos azules que titilan; bueno, si nos metemos por allí el pac man desaparece, y aparece en el otro círculo azul, pero ten cuidado, porque puedes aparecer cerca de un fantasma que te puede comer, uy. Aquí ya no son dos fantasmas, ahora hay 3 fantasmas y van más rápido.
