El pasado 30/03/2024 de acuerdo al cumplimiento con el ciclo de actividades de #SWC se realizo la competición de calistenia SETS AND REPS en la Victoria en el circuito de barras Tiquire Flores esta se lleva a cabo anualmente por parte de la comunidad, estas competiciones a diferencia de las otras es que es de ejercicios básicos de calistenia constando de 2 rondas la primera como ronda clasificatoria y la segunda como ronda final con un circuito acoplado a la categoría ya sea principiante o avanzado. Para esta ocasión estuve como mesa técnica llevando los datos registrados por los jueces, apoyando a la competición y la verdad es una experiencia inolvidable mucha motivación por parte de todos los atletas participantes, sin más que agregar nos vemos en otra oportunidad.Hello
