Buen día y saludos a toda la comunidad de HIVE y SWC 👋🏽, soy @argos-sw y les quiero compartir algunas fotos de mi entrenamiento de hoy en el Venoil en compañía de @josef-999, @diego-333 y @josed1912 ya que el plan original era entrenar en la casa de @morales-sw pero por la lluvia no se pudo, así que dicidimos pasarnos para el Venoil.
Estando allá comencé mi rutina con algunos calentamientos y luego realice mis progresiones para front, inicie con 3 series de 4 pull ups en Tuck y luego aguantes de 5 segundos seguido de una negativa y terminando con otro aguante de 5 segundos en tuck, descanse 3 minutos entre series y de mientras ayudaba a Diego a grabar su entrenamiento, posteriormente realice 2 aguantes de 15 segundos en tuck con un descanso de 3 minutos entre ellos, tras eso me dedique a practicar la tuck advance para ir aumentando de a poco mis segundos, realice aguantes de 4 a 6 segundos y también las hice comenzando desde la negativa y manteniendo, aún tengo la postura un poco mal, pero ya la estoy tratando de mejorar con los consejos de Diego, hice 5 series y luego descanse 5 minutos, pasado el tiempo me fui a realizar básicos rápidos ya que era algo tarde y yo vivo algo lejos del Venoil, realice 4 series de 8 repeticiones de pull ups pronas con 3 minutos de descanso entre series, descanse 3 minutos más tras terminar y luego realice 2 series de 8 repeticiones de pull ups supinas para culminar, me fui poco después para evitar que la lluvia me atrapará allá, el entreno me quedo un poco corto pero igualmente estubo bastante bueno, fue un muy buen día ✨

The original plan was to train at @morales-sw's house, but it was raining and we decided to stop by Venoil. Being there I started my routine with some warm-ups and then I did my progressions for front, I started with 3 sets of 4 pull ups in Tuck and then 5 second holds followed by a negative and finishing with another 5 second hold in tuck, I rested 3 minutes between sets and while I helped Diego record his training, then I did 2 holds of 15 seconds in tuck with a 3 minute rest between them, after that I dedicated myself to practicing the tuck advance to gradually increase my seconds, I did holds of 4 to 6 seconds and I also did them starting from the negative and holding, I still have the posture a little bad, but I'm already trying to improve it with Diego's advice, I did 5 sets and then rested 5 minutes, after some time I went to do quick basics since it was a bit late and I live somewhat far from Venoil, I did 4 sets of 8 repetitions of prone pull ups with 3 minutes of rest between sets, I rested 3 more minutes after finishing and then I did 2 sets of 8 reps of supine pull-ups to finish, I left shortly after to avoid getting caught in the rain there, the workout was a bit short but it was still pretty good, it was a very good day ✨
