Buen día y saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive 👋🏽, soy @argos-sw y les quiero compartir algunas fotos de mi entrenamiento de pecho en el patio de mi casa, me sentía bastante mareado, pero no quería perder más días de entrenamiento, ya que la semana pasada no realice mucho debido a mi viaje.
Comencé con una ronda de estiramientos para los brazos y el torso y luego comencé a grabar, mi rutina fue corta (solo 3 ejercicios) pero igual trate de hacerlos más lentos y mejorando mi postura, inicie con 4 series de 10 repeticiones de flexiones lentas, mirando a la cámara y luego a los vídeos para ir mejorando mi postura, tomando 3 minutos de descanso entre series antes de seguir y 5 minutos para cambiar de ejercicio, luego realice 4 series de 7 repeticiones de flexiones declinadas, tratando de realizarlas igualmente lento y prestando atención para mejorar mi postura, al realizar estás me comencé a marear más, así que para terminar solo realice 3 series de 5 repeticiones de flexiones en diamante, tomándome 5 minutos para descansar entre series, me hubiera gustado realizar dominadas también, pero estaba bastante mareado y no contaba en este momento con las anillas de @deivid.son para realizarlas, ya que en mi casa no tengo en donde hacerlas de manera comoda, igualmente no perdí el día y entrene un poco, pero si mañana sigo mareado me tomaré el día para descansar, gracias por leer y te deseo lindo día, bendiciones ✨

I was feeling pretty dizzy, but I didn't want to miss any more training days since I didn't get much done last week due to my trip. I started with a round of stretches for my arms and torso and then I started recording, my routine was short (only 3 exercises) but I still tried to do them slower and improving my posture, I started with 4 sets of 10 repetitions of slow push-ups, looking at the camera and then at the videos to improve my posture, taking 3 minutes of rest between sets before continuing and 5 minutes to change exercises, then I did 4 sets of 7 repetitions of decline push-ups, trying to do them also slowly and paying attention to improve my posture, when doing these I started to get more dizzy, so to finish I only did 3 sets of 5 repetitions of diamond push-ups, taking 5 minutes to rest between sets, I would have liked to do pull-ups too, but I was quite dizzy and I did not have the @deivid.son rings at the moment to do them, since at home I do not have where to do them comfortably, anyway I did not waste the day and trained a little, but if tomorrow I am still dizzy I will I'll take the day to rest, thanks for reading and I wish you a nice day, blessings ✨
