Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive 👋🏽, soy @argos-sw y les quiero compartir algunas fotos de mi entrenamiento de hoy para fortalecer mi abdomen, fue algo corto, pero si me pegó bastante ya que no suelo trabajar mi zona abdominal y la quiero fortalecer tanto como pueda, los ejercicios me los recomendaron mis compañeros @deivid.son y Ronald, ya que ellos tienen más experiencia trabajando con el abdomen.

La rutina consta de 3 ejercicios para ir fortaleciendo el abdomen, y posteriormente agregar algunos más, tras calentar un poco, inicie haciendo dragon flag, 4 series aguantando tanto como pude, las primeras 2 series me salieron algo mal ya que era mi primera vez realizando el ejercicio, pero tras un poco de ayuda de Ronald la pude mejorar un poco, las últimas 2 series me salieron mejor, pero de igual forma buscaré pulirla mucho mas, al terminar me pase a las paralelas para realizar abdominales, hice 7 repeticiones y luego cambie el agarre para realizar elevaciones de rodillas lo más alto que pude el mismo número de repeticiones durante 4 series de ambos, y finalmente realice 2 series de 30 segundos de plancha para luego sentarme un rato a descansar por los mareos, cuando se me pasó me despedí de los muchachos y me fui a mi casa, fue una buena noche✨

It was a bit short, but it was quite a workout for me since I don't usually work my core and I want to strengthen it as much as I can. The exercises were recommended to me by my colleagues @deivid.son and Ronald, since they have more experience working with the core.

The routine consists of 3 exercises to strengthen the abdomen, and then add some more, after warming up a little, I started doing dragon flag, 4 sets holding as long as I could, the first 2 sets went a little wrong since it was my first time doing the exercise, but after a little help from Ronald I was able to improve it a little, the last 2 sets went better, but I will still try to polish it much more, when I finished I moved to the parallel bars to do sit-ups, I did 7 repetitions and then changed the grip to do knee raises as high as I could the same number of repetitions for 4 sets of both, and finally I did 2 sets of 30 seconds of plank and then sat down for a while to rest from the dizziness, when it passed I said goodbye to the boys and went home, it was a good night✨
