La rutina consta de 3 ejercicios para ir fortaleciendo el abdomen, y posteriormente agregar algunos más, tras calentar un poco, inicie haciendo dragon flag, 4 series aguantando tanto como pude, las primeras 2 series me salieron algo mal ya que era mi primera vez realizando el ejercicio, pero tras un poco de ayuda de Ronald la pude mejorar un poco, las últimas 2 series me salieron mejor, pero de igual forma buscaré pulirla mucho mas, al terminar me pase a las paralelas para realizar abdominales, hice 7 repeticiones y luego cambie el agarre para realizar elevaciones de rodillas lo más alto que pude el mismo número de repeticiones durante 4 series de ambos, y finalmente realice 2 series de 30 segundos de plancha para luego sentarme un rato a descansar por los mareos, cuando se me pasó me despedí de los muchachos y me fui a mi casa, fue una buena noche✨
