






El día de hoy fui al Barroso para entrenar con los muchachos, fui caminando hasta la plaza e iba estirando mi cuerpo, al llegar ví algunas caras nuevas y eso me alegro, salude a los muchachos y termine de estirar para comenzar.
Realice una rutina muy sencilla de básicos ya que no estoy en muy buena condición y me están dando mareos mucho más seguido, asi que decidí llevar esta semana con calma, comencé con 4 series de 10 repeticiones de flexiones y a su vez tratando de enderezar un poco mi postura ya que note que me estaba dando más precion de un lado, tome 2 minutos de descanso entre series y al terminar 5 minutos antes de cambiar de ejercicio, durante ello, ayude a Jorman a corregir un poco su giro en el 360 ya que se apartaba mucho, si sigue así lo va a dominar en muy poco tiempo, luego realice 3 series de 8 repeticiones de dominadas pronas, igualmente tome 2 minutos entre serie pero en la última ya tenía los brazos cansados, me senté un rato a conversar con los muchachos y a ver cómo iba cada uno, la mayoría a logrado superarse mucho más y eso me alegro mucho, finalmente hice 3 series de 7 repeticiones de dominadas supinas ya que tenía los brazos cansados y me estaba comenzando a marear, descanse un rato y intente hacer fondos mero no pude, así que lo deje allí, espere 10 minutos más y me fui con @chapy-sw a nuestras casas.
Fue un día muy liviano realmente, y me hubiera gustado hacer mucho más, pero si estoy así es realmente por mi culpa ya que nunca le puse tanto empeño como debería, decidí tomarme lo enserio por mi propia salud y también para romper mis límites, aún me falta mucho camino, pero eso es parte del proceso.. It was a really light day, and I would have liked to do a lot more, but if I'm like this, it's really my fault since I never put in as much effort as I should have. I decided to take it seriously for my own health and also to push my limits. I still have a long way to go, but that's part of the process. Thank you.SWC
