Training from home.
Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, espero se encuentren muy bien y les esté yendo excelente en sus actividades, en esta oportunidad les traigo unas cuantas fotos sobre mi entrenamiento de plancha en casa, aprovechando el día para continuar con los entrenamientos después de un día tan largo, por fin llegó la hora de entrenar, sin embargo no fue un entrenamiento fuerte, solo técnicas en específico de la plancha para generar fuerza y entenderla mejor, paso a paso se va ganado lo que se busca, pero aún no es suficiente, no hay mucho para decir simplemente compartir la experiencia de hoy domingo, no estoy acostumbrado a entrenar los fines de semana pero empezaré a hacerlo para acostumbrarme e irme preparando para las competiciones que vienen.
Hello to all my dear friends from hive and swc, I hope you are all doing well and that your activities are going great. This time I am bringing you a few photos of my plank workout at home, taking advantage of the day to continue training after such a long day. Finally it was time to train, however it wasn't a tough workout, just specific plank techniques to build strength and understand it better. Step by step you are getting what you are looking for, but it's still not enough. There isn't much to say, just sharing today's experience. Sunday. I'm not used to training on weekends, but I'll start doing it to get used to it and prepare for the competitions to come.
