Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. Today I share with you photographs of my first touch front lever in Maracas Park.
El día sábado 16/12/2023 hice mi primer touch en front lever, me sentí muy bien ya que comenzaba a ver el fruto de mi esfuerzo y era una variante que deseaba hace mucho tiempo.
On Saturday 12/16/2023 I made my first touch in front lever, I felt very good since I was beginning to see the fruit of my effort and it was a variant that I had wanted for a long time.
El primer día aguanté el touch pero cuando bajé a front lever perdí la postura así que ahora trabajaré en esto y en pulir esta nueva variante de pose estática.
The first day I held the touch but when I went down to front lever I lost my posture so now I will work on this and polishing this new variant of static pose.
