Hola y saludos a la comunidad de Hive, soy @chapy-sw y les quiero compartir un poco de mi día de freestyle en la plaza🔥
Primeramente realice unos ejercicios de rehabilitación para mi hombro por una lesión que tuve, luego calenté y practique mis combos de free destacando el ginger, front level, straddle y el 540, también realice trucos como el 360 y el back level, buscando siempre mejorarlos y ir perfeccionando mi técnica.
Finalmente realice una rutina sencilla para rematar que consta de fondos, flexiones y dominadas, 4 series de 10 repeticiones cada una,
Entre series hablaba con los muchachos y trataba de darles consejos para mejorar sus técnicas y ya caída la noche me fui a mi casa. SWC

First, I did some rehabilitation exercises for my shoulder due to an injury I sustained. Then, I warmed up and practiced my freestyle combos, highlighting the ginger, front level, straddle, and 540. I also performed tricks like the 360 and the back level, always looking to improve them and perfect my technique.
Finally, I did a simple routine to finish off, consisting of dips, push-ups, and pull-ups, 4 sets of 10 reps each.
Between sets, I talked to the guys and tried to give them tips to improve their techniques, and when night fell, I went home. SWC
