Espero tengan un excelente día y unos grandes entrenamientos. Soy @Chapy-sw y en el día de hoy quiero compartirles sobre lo que fue mi entrenamiento de estáticos en la plaza Barroso.
Este entrenamiento fue un poco de rutina de front lever, combos estáticos para aumentar resistencia y algo de básicos para fortalecer el cuerpo.
Bueno llegué a la plaza barroso a las 6:10 ya me estaban esperando mis compañeros y mi amigo @argos-sw que me comentó que también haría una rutinas de front lever y algunos básicos, bueno empecé con mi calentamiento de aproximadamente 20 min haciendo también algo de tensión con la liga ya que me dolía un poco el hombro que tengo lesionado y también pensando un poco que rutina mueva podía realizar.
Empece con algunos aguantes de front lever, haciendo 4 segundos de aguante descansando 30 seg y haciendo 4 series para despertar al cuerpo ps me sentía algo pesado, luego realice front lever half haciendo: 5 seg de aguante, 1 press y 5 seg de aguante fueron 4 series, seguido de eso realice un combo estático conformado por: 3 seg de straddle planche, 3 seg de front lever y 3 seg de back lever.
Retomando la rutina realice 6 front lever tuck adv pull ups, 3 preses y 4 seg de aguante en front lever Half haciendo 4 repeticiones y por último realice 4 explosive pull ups, 5 pull ups y 4 Muscle up realizando 4 series ya culminando todo el entrenamiento, ya que había terminado me senté a hablar un poco con mis compañeros sobre el entrenamiento y los estudios universitarios, ya siendo las 8:45 nos despedimos todos por este día.

This workout consisted of a front lever routine, static combos to increase endurance, and some basics to strengthen the body.
Well, I arrived at Barroso Square at 6:10, my teammates and my friend @argos-sw were already waiting for me. He told me he'd also do a front lever routine and some basics. I started with my warm-up of approximately 20 minutes, also doing some tension with the band since my injured shoulder was hurting a little, and I also thought about what new routine I could do.
I started with some front lever holds, holding for 4 seconds, resting for 30 seconds, and doing 4 sets to wake up my body because I was feeling a bit heavy. Then I did a front lever half, doing: 5 seconds of holding, 1 press, and 5 seconds of holding for 4 sets. After that, I did a static combo consisting of: 3 seconds of straddle planche, 3 seconds of front lever, and 3 seconds of back lever.
Getting back to my routine, I did 6 front lever tuck adv pull ups, 3 presses, and a 4-second hold on the front lever half, doing 4 reps. Finally, I did 4 explosive pull ups, 5 pull ups, and 4 muscle ups, doing 4 sets. Finally, I completed the entire workout. Once I had finished, I sat down to talk a little with my teammates about training and university studies. At 8:45, we all said goodbye for the day.
