Un saludo a toda la comunidad de #SWC y de calistenia del mundo. Este encuentro fue en el Polideportivo Sur de Envigado, es una unidad deportiva de Deportes en el Municipio de Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia en el área metropolitana del valle de aburra en Medellín.
Estuve entrenando y realizando algunas fotos para ver como estaba mi progreso físico ya que es difícil mantener una buena estética.
Requiere de mucho entrenamiento y disciplina en la alimentación, me fotografiaron realizando un movimiento de fuerza conocido como maltess stredle planch, un ejercicio como estos requiere de mucha fuerza para lograr resistencia y limpieza al momento de realizar este ejercicio, espero que algún día halla un encuentro de los mejores atletas del mundo en este parque.

It requires a lot of training and discipline in eating, I was photographed performing a strength movement known as maltess stredle planch, an exercise like this requires a lot of strength to achieve endurance and cleanliness when performing this exercise, I hope that someday there will be a meeting of the best athletes in the world in this park.
