En la primera ronda, ejecuté un combo con el que honestamente no quedé conforme; sentí que los movimientos podían tener más fluidez y conexión. Sin embargo, el resultado me dio una lección valiosa: a veces la consistencia supera a la perfección, y logré pasar a la siguiente fase. Fue la oportunidad perfecta para analizar mis errores y corregir lo que había hecho en la ronda anterior.
Greetings to my entire #SWC family! Today I want to share with you a video of my first rounds at Freestyle Day, a day full of intense learning. In the first round, I performed a combo that I honestly wasn't happy with; I felt that the movements could have been more fluid and connected. However, the result taught me a valuable lesson: sometimes consistency beats perfection, and I managed to move on to the next phase. It was the perfect opportunity to analyze my mistakes and correct what I had done in the previous round.
Al ver el nivel de los atletas que llegaron a la segunda ronda, supe que debía elevar mi nivel de freestyle si quería avanzar. Tomé el riesgo y aumenté la dificultad de mis combos, buscando mayor complejidad y un flujo más agresivo que me diferenciara. Fue una decisión tomada bajo presión, pero necesaria. El esfuerzo valió la pena y conseguí el pasar a la semifinal. Esta experiencia me recordó que en la competencia debemos adaptarnos o quedarnos atrás. ¡Los invito a ver el video y vivir esa evolución en cada ejecución!
When I saw the level of the athletes who made it to the second round, I knew I had to raise my freestyle game if I wanted to advance. I took the risk and increased the difficulty of my combos, seeking greater complexity and a more aggressive flow that would set me apart. It was a decision made under pressure, but a necessary one. The effort paid off, and I made it to the semifinals. This experience reminded me that in competition, we must adapt or fall behind.
