Buenos muchachos les comparto un poco de mi entrenamiento de front-level fue muy corto ya que antes estaba viendo como iba mi nivel en este mismo elemento, y ya después de haber hecho eso aproveche he hice un corto entrenamiento.
Good guys I share with you a little of my front-level training was very short because before I was seeing how my level was going in this same element, and after having done that I took advantage and did a short training.
Empecé el entrenamiento con aguante touch con liga unos 4 segundos y ahí bajo a front y hacia 4 press con aguante al final de 3 segundos haciendo 3 series y por último ejercicio unas pull-ups en tuck super adv haciendo 3 reps y con un aguante de 4 segundos y de este hize solo 3 series, ya el próximo entrenamiento de Front-level si viene con todo.
I started the workout with touch hold with garter for about 4 seconds and then I went down to front and did 4 presses with hold at the end of 3 seconds doing 3 sets and last exercise some pull-ups in tuck super adv doing 3 reps and with a hold of 4 seconds and this I did only 3 sets, and the next Front-level workout if it comes with everything.
