Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC Aquí les comparto unas fotos del dia de ayer que fui a entrenar en el parque con unos amigos
Greetings friends of the SWC Here are some pictures of yesterday when I went to train in the park with some friends
Bueno muchachos el dia de ayer fui a entrenar a una plaza cerca de donde viven unos amigos y aprovechamos e hicimos una rutina de front y bueno tenia tiempo que no entrenaba con ellos
Well guys, yesterday I went to train at a park near where some friends live and we did a front routine and it had been a while since I had trained with them
La rutina de front fue un poco facil y bueno mas que todo era pa compartir como amistades y terminando de entrenar nos fuimos para la casa de uno de ellos e hicimos algo para comer y eso fue todo ya despues cada quien se fue para su casa
The front routine was a little easy and well more than anything was to share as friends and after training we went to the house of one of them and did something to eat and that was all and then everyone went home
