Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive 👋🏼, soy @Felixswcab y hoy les vengo a compartir Mi entrenamiento del día de hoy. mi entrenamiento se basó en elementos estáticos y dinámicos en la plaza El Barroso. Me sentí muy motivado para aguantar mi debido front lever y me alegró mucho porque me salió mi primera pull up de front lever completo.Luego, fui a la plaza a entrenar con mis amigos. El objetivo principal era mejorar mi 360° 540° para conseguirlo con más frecuencia hasta pulirlo. Después, mi amigo @chapy-sw me sugirió practicar otro truco dinámico, que fue el pull over explosivo. Logré entender el movimiento y en el segundo intento lo hice bien, aunque con poco impulso. Solo queda confiar más en mí mismo hasta dominar el truco al 100%, limpiar el movimiento y poder agregarlo en combinaciones cuáles serían pull over explosivo, swing 360x540, 360 , Muscle up olímpico, straddle planche en agarre supino 🌪️SWC
Greetings to the entire Hive community 👋🏼, I'm @Felixswcab and today I'm here to share my workout today. My workout was based on static and dynamic elements at El Barroso Square. I felt very motivated to hold my proper front lever and was very happy because I got my first full front lever pull up. Then, I went to the square to train with my friends. The main goal was to improve my 360° 540° to do it more often until I polished it. Afterwards, my friend César suggested I practice another dynamic trick, which was the explosive pull over. I managed to understand the movement and on the second try I did it well, although with little momentum. I just have to trust myself more until I mastered the trick 100%, clean up the movement and be able to add it to combinations which would be explosive pull over, 360x540 swing, 360, Olympic macelup, straddle planche in supinated grip🌪️SWC
