Tarde De Entrenamientos en el Parque "El Caracol" [ESP-ENG]
Hola amigos y amigas de #hive y #swc, hoy comparto con ustedes unas fotografías de mi tarde de entrenamiento en el parque Recreacional "El Caracol", este parque tiene algo especial, tiene un gimnasio abierto al público totalmente gratis apoyo del alcalde del municipio Sucre del estado Aragua, desgraciadamente, y como cosa normal en Venezuela en el momento que quería usar la parte de gym resulta que no hay luz eléctrica y por tanto cierran el gimnasio debido esto, esto me desanimó un poco sin embargo las barras aún seguían ahí y pude hacer mis entrenamientos meramente con el peso corporal, ya que las excusas no existen y como dice Brian Tracy: "Haz lo que puedas donde estés con lo que tienes y no te preocupes por el resto", palabras que me repito a mi mismo para no quejarse y poner siempre el trabajo con lo que tengas a la mano al momento sin preocuparte por lo demás.
Hello friends of #hive and #swc, today I share with you some photographs of my afternoon of training in the Recreational Park "El Caracol", this park has something special, it has a gym open to the public completely free of charge, support from the mayor of the Sucre municipality of the state of Aragua, unfortunately, and as a normal thing in Venezuela at the time I wanted to use the gym part it turns out that there is no electricity and therefore they close the gym due to this, this discouraged me a little however the bars were still there and I was able to do my workouts purely with body weight, since there are no excuses and as Brian Tracy says: "Do what you can where you are with what you have and don't worry about the rest", words that I repeat to myself so as not to complain and always put in the work with what you have on hand at the moment without worrying about the rest.
