Maracaibo, Zulia. Endurance to the Limit
Este es el primer resultado del trabajo hecho en el Zulia por SWC:
Todo empezó por un chat, luego siguió en una llamada con (@manuelramos), quien después haría un viaje para conocernos. Cuando nadie creía en este deporte en la ciudad, Manu puso el pecho por nosotros, porque creyó en nosotros, y nosotros creímos en su palabra. Estamos muy agradecidos, por la confianza, por permitir que nos impliquemos tanto en la comunidad y por demostrar que en este mundo sigue habiendo gente con palabra, transparente, con pasión, dispuesta a trabajar, a crecer y a construir. También agradecemos a todo su equipo, principalmente a (@marlenyaragua) quien se entrega en cuerpo y alma para que todo en la comunidad esté okey. Que nosotros nos sintamos cómodos, desarrollando una identidad y materializando nuestras metas como atletas a través de #SWC y #HIVE .
Lidero un grupo que se llama Fortis Workout. A pesar de eso sabía que nos quedábamos cortos restringiendo la participación en la competencia únicamente a miembros de nuestro club. SWC me permitió conocer a chicos de otras comunidades, expandirnos, hablarles de la #web3, de #SWC y del movimiento de street workout zuliano. Que inicialmente era una idea toda loca en mi cabeza, que ya se empieza a materializar. Como nos dice Marleny; “paso a paso”.
This is the first result of the work done in Zulia by SWC:
It all started by a chat, then followed in a call with (@manuelramos), who would later make a trip to meet us. When nobody believed in this sport in the city, Manu put his chest out for us, because he believed in us, and we believed in his word. We are very grateful for the trust, for allowing us to be so involved in the community and for demonstrating that in this world there are still people with words, transparent, with passion, willing to work, to grow and to build. We also thank all his team, especially (@marlenyaragua) who gives body and soul so that everything in the community is OK. That we feel comfortable, developing an identity and materialising our goals as athletes through #SWC and #HIVE.
I lead a group called Fortis Workout. However, I knew we were falling short by restricting participation in the competition to members of our club only. SWC allowed me to meet guys from other communities, expand, tell them about #web3, #SWC and the Zulian street workout movement. Initially it was a crazy idea in my head, but now it's starting to materialise. As Marleny says; "step by step".
Es mi primera experiencia organizando eventos. Conté con la ayuda de (@blackbaki18), (@atlashv96) y (@joscar-sw) para organizar y para hacer esto posible, ya que ellos entrenan en otras localidades de la ciudad, estoy complacido con el resultado. Porque dice mucho de nuestra comunicación y de la camaradería que hemos venido desarrollando para hacer crecer esto. Esto solo es un borrador para mí, quiero que lo hagamos cada vez mejor. Tengo un equipo en el que confiar.
Las fotos salieron muy lindas. Mentiría si digo que las tomé yo. Estaba tan ajetreado con la organización que ni tiempo para eso me dio. Pero no me importa. Sé que salgo en varias publicaciones por allí, saltando y brincando, y sonriendo de la felicidad. Haré mención a cada fotografía.
Ya he visto varias publicaciones por allí, dándome las gracias. No es por pecar de falsa modestia, pero… Soy yo quien debería darles las gracias todos los que participaron, compitiendo, cocinando el refrigerio, despachando, llevando cosas, cargándolas, pintando, lijando, barriendo, criticando, aportando ideas. Gracias por confiar en mí como organizador. Ustedes son nuestro sueño, sin atletas nada de esto es posible, sin gente que crea en el street workout esto no es posible. Cada uno es un eslabón importante en la cadena. Sigamos trabajando en equipo. Son maravillosos, grandes personas, los quiero mucho a todos
Estoy muy contento por mi club. Vamos a crecer mucho, no les quepa la menor duda. Son un capital humano increíble, de dimensiones incalculables. Son mi vaca sagrada.
Estoy muy agradecido con Whitout Limits y Olympus. Somos distintos frentes con el mismo objetivo. Sigamos trabajando por la ciudad, por la juventud y por el street workout en el Zulia.

This is my first experience organising events. I had the help of (@blackbaki18), (@atlashv96) and (@joscar-sw) to organise and to make this possible, as they train in other locations in the city, I'm pleased with the result. Because it says a lot about our communication and the camaraderie we've been developing to grow this. This is just a rough draft for me, I want us to make it better and better. I have a team I can trust.
The photos came out really nice. I'd be lying if I said I took them. I was so busy with the organisation that I didn't even have time for that. But I don't mind. I know I'm in several publications out there, jumping and jumping and smiling with happiness. I will mention each photograph.
I've already seen several posts over there, thanking me. Not to err on the side of false modesty, but... I'm the one who should be thanking everyone who participated, competing, cooking the refreshments, dispatching, carrying things, carrying things, painting, sanding, sweeping, criticising, contributing ideas. Thank you for trusting me as organiser. You are our dream, without athletes none of this is possible, without people who believe in street workout this is not possible. Everyone is an important link in the chain. Let's keep working as a team. You are wonderful, great people, I love you all very much.
I am very happy for my club. We are going to grow a lot, there is no doubt about it. They are an incredible human capital, of incalculable dimensions. They are my sacred cow.
I am very grateful to Whitout Limits and Olympus. We are different fronts with the same goal. Let's keep working for the city, for the youth and for street workout in Zulia.
