







Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC¡ Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! el día de hoy le quiero compartir sobre mi entrenamiento de planch. Hoy nos dirigimos al metropolitano donde siempre nos reunimos para entrena. Comenzamos a calentar con banda elástica para para hacer un entrenamiento efectivo de plancha ya que había llovido así aproveche te tomar algunas fotos . Comenzamos con lo más básico de planchas ya que esta semana había comentado que comenzaría de nuevo el entrenamiento más enfocado a los básicos de planch. El siguiente ejercicio que realicé junto a mi amigo Juan , lean planch aguante de tuck 10 segundos. 3 series . Siguiente ejercicio fueron las flexiones tuck normal 8 repeticiones de 3 series . Luego flexiones de pino ya que tendría que fortalecer más los hombros y hacer más balance 2 series . No podía faltar algunos fondos ya que tenía mucho tiempo sin involucrar fondo en paralelas. 3 series de 15 repeticiones.

Hello friends of the community SWCGreetings, friends of the SWC community, I hope you're all doing well! Today I wanted to share with you about my planch workout. Today we headed to the subway where we always meet to train. We started warming up with resistance bands to get an effective plank workout in since it had rained, so I took advantage of the opportunity to take some photos. We started with the most basic plank exercises, since I had mentioned this week that I would start training again, more focused on the planch basics. The next exercise I did with my friend Juan was a lean planch with a 10-second tuck hold. 3 sets. The next exercise was the regular tuck push-up, 8 reps for 3 sets. Then, handstand push-ups, since I needed to strengthen my shoulders more and improve my balance, 2 sets. I couldn't miss some dips since it had been a while since I'd done dips on the parallel bars. 3 sets of 15 reps. Then, to stay in the habit, I did a little 360, and finally, I took some last photos.
