¿Qué hay, amigos? ¿Cómo están? Espero que estén bien. Hoy les voy a compartir un poco sobre mi entrenamiento de front lever del día de ayer.

Me enfoqué en lo que fue el touch y en lo que estoy trabajando más, que sería la pull up to touch. Empecé con tres series de tres pull ups a touch, tratando de aguantar el touch 3 segundos y con la mejor forma posible.

Aún me falta mucha fuerza; la línea de ese touch después de las pull ups se ve terrible, pero poco a poco lo vamos corrigiendo. Hice tres series de eso. Luego trabajé el touch en advance, más aguante en advance con mi máxima apertura de front lever. Esto me va a ayudar a ganar fuerza de palanca.

De igual manera, hice tres series de eso. Después, trabajé un poco las pull ups en advance y el front a una mano.

He notado que me cuesta demasiado porque lo hago con un agarre falso, pero me cuesta muchísimo mantener el grip, o sea, el agarre en el front a una mano se me va totalmente.

Tengo que empezar a trabajar en eso Luego de eso, terminé con un poco de trabajo de palanca, haciendo press y bajando la progresión para realizar un trabajo progresivo de alta tensión y, por ende, trabajar más la palanca del front lever. Bueno, amigos, en este entrenamiento no me sentí muy cansado, que digamos, pero tampoco estaba a mi 100%.
