Combos de Estáticos en una gran tarde🫀
Static Combos on a Great Afternoon🫀
Saludos compañeros de Hive y SWC, en esta oportunidad les estaré compartiendo algunas fotografías de un combo de Estáticos que hice el día de ayer, justamente el día de ayer compartí un post también de este mismo día, fue ayer sábado dónde fui al parque a ayudar a mi mejor amiga milagro a grabar algunas cosas para leven y fue también donde aproveche y practique combos para la competencia Legends of the bars que será el próximo sábado 18 de octubre.
Greetings fellow Hive and SWC members, this time I'll be sharing some photos of a Static combo I did yesterday. Just yesterday I shared a post from this same day. It was yesterday, Saturday, when I went to the park to help my best friend Milagro record some stuff for Leven, and it was also where I took advantage and practiced combos for the Legends of the Bars competition, which will be next Saturday, October 18th.
En este combo de Estáticos realicé una full planche aguantando su debido tiempo, luego un touch de front con dos pull UPS y aguantando front lever al final, luego un elemento que cada día estoy dominando y me gusta mucho, que es el back lever hefesto, me falta pulirlo un poco más pero ya es mío, lo seguiré entrenando para sacar sus diferentes progresiones, para terminar ese combo aguante un front lever.
In this Static combo I performed a full planche holding for its due time, then a front touch with two pull ups and holding the front lever at the end, then an element that I am mastering every day and I like a lot, which is the back lever hephaestus, I need to polish it a little more but it is already mine, I will continue training it to get its different progressions, to finish that combo I held a front lever.
Como ya lo mencioné amigos, en 5 días estaré compitiendo en la competencia nacional de legends of the bars en la categoría Profesional, he llevado una preparación buena, y me siento preparado para demostrar todo el entrenamiento que he tenido, estoy motivado y muy emocionado a qué llegue el día, espero les haya gustado el post, nos vemos en una próxima entrega compartiendoles contenido de calidad, gracias!🧠🔥
