Hola amigos que tal, espero se encuentren bien el día de hoy y tengan una buena tarde, en el post de hoy les estaré compartiendo algunas fotografías de unos combos de Estáticos que hice hace dos días preparandome para al competencia nacional Legends of the bars que será dentro de una semana.
Hello friends, I hope you are well today and have a good afternoon, in today's post I will be sharing some pictures of some Static combos that I made two days ago preparing for the national competition Legends of the bars that will be in a week.
El objetivo de mis combos fue quemar todos los Estáticos, es decir, cansarlos hasta ya no poder aguantarlos, hice front lever, victorian, varias full planche, hefesto back lever, touch de front lever con repes, tenía tiempo sin hacer combos de Estáticos en las paralelas porque estaba más enfocado en la barra fija con mis combos de freestyle y Estáticos, siendo completo.
The goal of my combos was to burn out all the Statics, that is, to tire them out until I could no longer hold them, I did front lever, victorian, several full planche, hefesto back lever, front lever touch with reps, I had some time without doing Static combos on the parallel bars because I was more focused on the fixed bar with my freestyle and Static combos, being complete.
Faltan pocos días para competir y estoy emocionado, ya quiero que llegue el día para dar mi 200% y pelear por el podium con diferentes altletas de alto rendimiento, para esta competencia llevo mucho tiempo preparándome y me siento listo y seguro de mi mismo de que lo haré bien y mostraré un buen espectáculo a los espectadores y los jurados, esto ha Sido todo por hoy, espero les haya gustado el post nos vemos en otra oportunidad!.
