Hola amigos de la comunidad #SWC . El día de hoy les traigo unas fotos que fueron tomadas el día de ayer por mi amigo Juan Medina. Ayer quise hacer freestyle, pero realizando una salida mortal caí mal y el pie me estaba doliendo un poco, tuve que dejar de hacer freestyle.
Entonces aproveché a realizar un poco de estáticos y poder mejorarlos, era difícil poder aguantarlos, ya que mis compañeros estaban con la guachaca y no paraba de reírme. 🤣

Hello friends of the #SWC community. Today I bring you some photos that were taken yesterday by my friend Juan Medina. Yesterday I wanted to freestyle, but doing a deadlift I fell badly and my foot was hurting a little, I had to stop freestyling.
Then I took the opportunity to do a bit of static and improve them, it was difficult to hold them, as my teammates were with the guachaca and I couldn't stop laughing. 🤣
