Hola amigos de #SWC hoy visite con mis compañeros @enma2020 @josexwc el parque de Rafael Urdaneta hicimos algunos estáticos.
Al llegar probamos las máquinas y después de eso hicimos paradas de manos y straddler y otros estáticos, y para terminar hicimos una rutina de front lever.

Hi #SWC friends today I visited with my partners @enma2020 @josexwc the Rafael Urdaneta park we did some statics.
Upon arrival we tried the machines and after that we did handstands and straddler and other statics, and to finish we did a front lever routine.
