Saludos está es mi segunda publicación, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento en el circuito de barras parque las ballenitas llegue a las 5:00 pm de la tarde después de un largo día de estudios, empezé mi calentamiento con estiramientos básicos para evitar lesiones los cuales fueron rotación de hombros y estiramientos de la parte del tren superior, después de haber realizado mi calentamiento decidí empezar mi rutina de front lever y plancha en la parte del front lever empecé con una serie de 10 pull ups en tuck advence y aguante de 20 segundos en tuck advence por 4 series y en la parte de plancha empecé con aguante de 20 segundos en tuck por 4 series después de haber terminado mi rutina de front lever y plancha realice un back lever para seguir mejorando la postura y después de haber terminado unos amigos y yo decidimos irnos a la entrada del circuito de barras parque las ballenitas para practicar un poco de parkour después de haber terminado decidí realizar lean planche y L-sit para mejorar y mantener lo mejor posible la postura.
