En esta oportunidad le estaré contando un poco sobre el entrenamiento ya que fue más enfocado en el día. Me levanté hoy, agradecí a Dios por un nuevo día, me bañé y desayuné. Huy estuvo lloviendo desde la madrugada y toda la parte cerca de mi casa, vecinos y hasta la calle, se llenaron mucho de agua pero se pudo sacar casi todo el agua de parte de mi casa.
Hoy en el entrenamiento de hoy nos pusimos de acuerdo entre todo los muchachos en hacer un verso entre todos para mejorar en que trucos nos faltan y seguir mejorando en nosotros psrs futuras competencias. En los cuales participamos, @morales-sw, @diego-333, axen, Xander y yo. Los cuales el primero fue @morales-sw, después axen, Diego, Xander y yo. En mi combo aplique fue swing 360, dragón swing 360 con geinger incluído para después hacer back lever, un press de back lever y back lever a una mano. Es uno de mis combos favoritos ya que poco a poco lo he dominando y se ha vuelto uno de mis principales. Así estuve hasta que se decidieron los tres ganadores con el jurado de @argos-sw el cual quedé de 2do lugar. Y me di cuenta lo mucho que he avanzado en los últimos meses y lo mucho que agradezco a mi amigo @josef-999 por esta oportunidad. Muchas gracias por leerme. Nos vemos en una próxima publicaciónSWC
This time, I'll be telling you a little about the training session, as that was the main focus of the day. I woke up today, thanked God for a new day, had a shower and ate breakfast. It had been raining since early morning and the area around my house, my neighbours' houses and even the street were flooded, but we managed to remove most of the water from my house.
Today in training, all the lads agreed to work together to improve the tricks we're lacking and keep improving for future competitions. @morales-sw, Axen, @diego-333, Xander, and I participated. Luis went first, followed by Axen, Diego, Xander, and me. In my combo, I did a 360 swing, a dragon 360 swing with a geinger included, followed by a back lever, a back lever press, and a one-handed back lever. It is one of my favourite combos as I have gradually mastered it and it has become one of my main ones. That's how I was until the three winners were decided by @argos-sw jury, and I came in second place. I realised how much I have progressed in recent months and how grateful I am to my friend Muñoz for this opportunity. Thank you very much for reading. See you in my next post.SWC
