¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC! Hoy les comparto mi entrenamiento de tren superior el cual realicé en el venoil, con el pequeño detalle que no teniamos nada de iluminación.

Hace poco en el venoil alguien corto el cable del bombillo que teniamos ahi, esto se me habia olvidado y fui a las 6pm al venoil y vi que no habia mucha luz, me tocaría entrenar a oscuras jajsahj. Calenté de una llegando para aprovechar la poca luz que quedaba, llegó mi alumno ya que fue uno solo porque los otros 2 no podian. Yo me queria enfocar en entrenar el tren superior, tanto empuje como tiron ya que el día anterior no habia podido entrenar bien empuje. Empecé probando las pull ups de frontlever, las intente 3 veces, no estaba tan liviano como pensaba pero poco a poco las entiendo más, de aqui pase a hacer 4 series de handstand push ups libres, las que salieran por set para meterle volumen, no haria muchos ejercicios de empuje por lo que me decidí por cansar mi fuerza de empuje en estas push ups. En el tercer set logre sacar casi 9 repeticiones a una buena profundidad, lo que significo sacar mi record personal y eso me alegro mucho el día, aunque, el video no se grabo porque el telefono se colgo pero bueno, eso no arruinaria mi buen humor ! Seguí con tirón, hice 2 series de 4x4x4 con liga, 2 series de 4 negativas de half front, y 3 series de 10 pull ups a la cadera en tuck adv. Luego de esto terminé con mis sets de empuje, en donde hice 4 series de máximo hold de 90 degree en straddle y 4 series de 20 push ups de escapulas con hold de lean al fallo. Luego me fui rápido a casa antes que empezara a llover y asi poder hacer tambien un poco de pesas.

I had forgotten about this, and when I went to the gym at 6 p.m., I saw that there wasn't much light, so I would have to train in the dark, haha. I warmed up as soon as I arrived to take advantage of what little light was left. My student arrived, as he was the only one who could make it because the other two couldn't. I wanted to focus on training my upper body, both pushing and pulling, since I hadn't been able to train pushing well the day before. I started by trying front lever pull-ups. I tried them three times. I wasn't as light as I thought, but little by little I'm understanding them better. From there, I moved on to doing four sets of free handstand push-ups, as many as I could per set to build volume. I wasn't going to do many push exercises, so I decided to exhaust my pushing strength with these push-ups. In the third set, I managed to do almost nine reps at a good depth, which meant I broke my personal record, and that made my day, although the video wasn't recorded because my phone crashed, but hey, that wasn't going to ruin my good mood! I continued with pull-ups, doing 2 sets of 4x4x4 with a band, 2 sets of 4 half front negatives, and 3 sets of 10 pull-ups to the hips in tuck adv. After that, I finished with my push sets, where I did 4 sets of maximum 90-degree holds in straddle and 4 sets of 20 shoulder blade push-ups with lean holds to failure. Then I hurried home before it started raining so I could also do some weight training.

¡Qué gran demostración de disciplina! Es admirable que la falta de iluminación no te detuviera y, aun así, lograras sacar tu récord personal de casi 9 Handstand Push-ups libres.
