Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, hoy comparto en este post unas fotos de mi ultimo entrenamiento, fue aquí en casa ya que hace poco me volé un callo y aún me duele, fue mi día de empuje, realicé algunos intentos de pino y flexiones de pino para practicar la profundidad de mis flexiones parado de manos, luego hice una rutina de plancha y llegaron los muchachos @chiqui-sw y Diego, y fue un día bastante bueno de entrenamiento.
