Día de Resistencia
Resistencia Day

Hola comunidad #SWC, El día de hoy realize una rutina de resistencia con ejercicios básicos como Dominadas, Fondos, Flexiones.

Fue una rutina leve ya que no me podía esforzar tanto por la rutina de Stradell Planch que realize ayer con mis amigos.

Actualmente mantengo más la Tuck y puedo hacer unas Push UP también.

También les dejaré una foto de mis amigos haciendo parada de manos @jeyson20sw @enma2020

Hello #SWC community, Today I did a resistance routine with basic exercises such as Pull-ups, Lunges, Push-ups.

It was a light routine since I couldn't push myself as hard because of the Stradell Planch routine I did yesterday with my friends.

Currently I am keeping the Tuck more and I can do some Push UP as well.

I will also leave you a picture of my friends doing handstand @jeyson20sw @enma2020
