En el mundo del culturismo, cada pose tiene su historia, su carácter, su esencia. Una de mis favoritas es la pose de doble bícep. Es la manera en que me presento al mundo, con los brazos flexionados y el pecho hacia fuera, mostrando el resultado de incontables horas de dedicación y esfuerzo. Algunos podrían decir que es una pose egocéntrica, que grita "¡Mira cuánto he trabajado, mira mis músculos!". Y sí, no lo niego, hay un destello de orgullo en cada curva y contorno que he esculpido. Pero, ¿acaso no es humano sentirse orgulloso de los logros propios? Después de todo, son mis ganancias, el fruto de mi disciplina. No hay nada de malo en celebrar y mostrar con confianza lo que uno ha conseguido con tanto esfuerzo. Así que aquí estoy, adoptando la pose que tanto me gusta, no solo como un acto de vanidad, sino como un símbolo de mi pasión y mi viaje en la calistenia.
In the world of bodybuilding, each pose has its story, its character, its essence. One of my favorites is the double bicep pose. It’s the way I present myself to the world, with arms flexed and chest out, showing the result of countless hours of dedication and effort. Some might say it’s a self-centered pose, shouting ‘Look how hard I’ve worked, look at my muscles!’ And yes, I won’t deny it, there’s a glint of pride in every curve and contour that I’ve sculpted. But isn’t it human to feel proud of one’s achievements? After all, they are my gains, the fruit of my discipline. There’s nothing wrong with celebrating and confidently displaying what one has achieved through so much effort. So here I am, adopting the pose I love so much, not just as an act of vanity, but as a symbol of my passion and my journey in calisthenics.
