Ayer tuve un entrenamiento de calistenia que no fue tan fructífero como esperaba. Me sentía bastante cansado y sin mucha energía, y eso se notó en mi rendimiento. No pude hacer tantas repeticiones como de costumbre, ni mantener la forma correcta en los ejercicios. Me di cuenta de que había descuidado dos aspectos fundamentales para cualquier deportista: el sueño y la alimentación.
Yesterday I had a calisthenics workout that was not as fruitful as I had hoped. I felt quite tired and without much energy, and it showed in my performance. I wasn't able to do as many reps as usual, nor was I able to maintain correct form on the exercises. I realized that I had neglected two fundamental aspects for any athlete: sleep and nutrition.
Por eso, hoy he decidido cuidar más estos dos aspectos y darles la prioridad que se merecen. He intentado dormir ocho horas, he desayunado bien y he planificado mis comidas para el resto del día. Espero que esto se refleje en mi próximo entrenamiento de calistenia, y que pueda volver a disfrutar de este deporte que tanto me gusta y me beneficia. So today I decided to take more care of these two aspects and give them the priority they deserve. I have tried to sleep eight hours, had a good breakfast and planned my meals for the rest of the day. I hope this will be reflected in my next calisthenics workout, and that I can get back to enjoying this sport that I love and benefits me so much.
