Mi Experiencia

Este truco es de los mas esenciales en el mundo del Freestyle - Street Workout, aparte de eso en la mayoría de los casos los atletas de calistenia buscan sacarlo al principio para poner mas poder en sus combos, se ve complicado pero si lo practicas de manera progresiva e inteligente lo lograras en corto tiempo, el en vídeo se ve que al principio me costaba el mundo sacarlo pero con el pasar de los meses poco a poco entendía mas la técnica.

Tuve una pequeña relación de amor - odio a este truco ya que no entendía porque habían días en que llegaba mas a completar el giro pero otros días era todo lo contrario, después entendí que cuando quieras sacar cualquier truco si no quieres lastimarte y entender bien el movimiento tienes que hacerlo por partes y no de un solo golpe, así cuando lo consigas siempre lo harás y ninguna duda, sean inteligentes a la hora de sacar un truco no se apresuren y disfruten del proceso.

Tras intento, tras intento y mas intentos... después de 10 meses de practicar este truco sin parar (literalmente) logre conseguir este truco que al día de hoy domino con mucho orgullo y tengo el placer de decirles que lo logre! No fue para nada fácil, pero valió la pena conseguir esta meta, créanme en que cualquiera lo puede conseguir si yo lo hice tu también puedes, solo confía en ti y que todo esfuerzo trae su recompensa.

After try, after try and more tries ... after 10 months of practicing this trick without stopping (literally) I managed to get this trick that to this day I dominate with great pride and I am pleased to tell you that I did! It was not easy at all, but it was worth achieving this goal, believe me that anyone can achieve it if I did it, you can too, just trust yourself and that every effort brings its reward.

Final

A pesar de lo difícil que se me hacia este truco al principio y hubo algunas personas que me ayudaban y me instruían, hubo otras que no ayudaban mucho hasta a hacerme dudar de si lo lograría... pero no importa los malos comentarios y confía en ti, que si otras personas lo consiguieron desde 0 como tu, por que no? trabaja inteligente, aprende y practica hasta lograrlo.
