Hola gente de Hive y SWC el dia de ayer miércoles hice mi rutina de front lever, esta vez no salio como esperaba porque el dolor al hacer las combinaciones era extremadamente alto y la verdad pause el entrenamiento varias veces por cuestiones de esa intensidad que tenia en el dorsal.

les cuento, alo que sali del trabajo me dispuse a descansar para comenzar a entrenar y hacer lo mejor posible en esa sesión al llegar al parque me encontré con los compañeros de entrenamiento los cuales saludé y después me enfoque en lo mio, hice mi calentamiento de siempre y termine haciendo algunas series de aproximacion para testear esta vez no salio como esperaba, en el sentido de que me sentia realmente pesado y me daba ese dolor horrible.

pause el entrenamiento varías veces debido al dolor que sentía ya que entrenar así con esa sensación no es recomendable y tampoco muy agradable que digamos, asi que al final del entrenamiento termine haciendo unos básicos para terminar el entrenamiento eh irme a la casa a descansar ya que es importante porque si no nos podríamos lesionar mas de lo que estamos, haci que por los momentos hare solo plancha.

Hi everyone at Hive and SWC, yesterday, Wednesday, I did my front lever routine. This time, it didn't go as expected because the pain while doing the combinations was extremely intense, and I actually paused the workout several times due to the intensity in my back.

Let me tell you, as soon as I got off work, I got ready to rest to start training and do my best in that session. When I got to the park, I met up with my training partners, whom I greeted, and then I focused on my own routine. I did my usual warm-up and ended up doing some approach sets to test them. This time, it didn't go as expected, in the sense that I felt really heavy and was experiencing that horrible pain.

I paused the workout several times due to the pain I was feeling, since training like that with that sensation isn't recommended or even very pleasant. So, at the end of the workout, I ended up doing some basics to finish the workout and going home to rest, since it's important because otherwise we could injure ourselves more than we already are. So, for now, I'll just do planks.
