En cierta manera, me ha servido trotar esta mañana, ya que me ha permitido estar relativamente liviano para el entrenamiento de ayer, viernes (5 de abril 2024). Me fue bien en estos combos, he podido mostrar mejoría en la ejecución de los diferentes ejercicios que pudieron ver en el vídeo, "Pasa vallas", "Front Lever one arm", entre otros. A pesar de que esta semana no la inicié muy bien, que digamos, he logrado hacer bastante 💪🏻🔋.

In a way, it has served me well to jog this morning, as it has allowed me to be relatively light for yesterday's workout, Friday (April 5, 2024). I did well in these combos, I was able to show improvement in the execution of the different exercises you could see in the video, "Over hurdles", "Front Lever one arm", among others. Even though I didn't start this week very well, let's say, I have managed to do quite a bit 💪🏻🔋.
