




Comenzamos las progresiones de front level haciendo 10 segundos de tuck advanced y 10 segundos de tuck 4 set descanso de 2 minutos entre series. Luego seguimos con tuck front level pull up 5-10 veces depende de la fuerza igual que la otra 4 set, estos ejercicios me han ayuda a ganar más fortalecimiento aunque ya a esta altura no aguantaba el agarre jejeje… Continuamos con front level con liga todo lo que pueda manteniendo la postura correcta, 3 set descanso de 1 minuto. Con eso terminamos las progresiones de front level.
Ahora seguimos con las rutinas de pino la cual empezamos con agarrar equilibrio y mantenerlo con las manos y lumbar 4 intentos 4 set, después le di pino asistido el cual pedí ayuda a unos de mis compañeros de entrenamiento para que me mantuviera con las manos así intentando estabilizarme e intentarlo lo más que pueda 4 set y por último unos pinos apoyado en la pared lo que más pueda corrigiendo errores que me decían mis compañeros.

Hola amigos de #HIVE y la comunidad de #SWC espero se encuentre muy bien, le mando un fuerte abrazo, en esta oportunidad compartiré mi entrenamiento de progresiones para front level y pino, ya que quiero avanzar y poder mejorar esos ejercicios.We start the front level progressions doing 10 seconds of tuck advanced and 10 seconds of tuck 4 set with 2 minutes rest between sets. Then we continue with tuck front level pull up 5-10 times depending on the strength like the other 4 set, these exercises have helped me to gain more strength although at this point I could not hold the grip hehehehe... We continue with front level with garter as much as I can keeping the correct posture, 3 set rest of 1 minute. With that we finished the front level progressions.
Now we continue with the pino routines which began with grabbing balance and keep it with hands and lumbar 4 attempts 4 set, then I gave pino assisted which I asked for help to one of my training partners to keep me with my hands and trying to stabilize and try as much as possible 4 set and finally a few pinos leaning on the wall as much as possible correcting mistakes that my colleagues told me.
