Acabo de terminar mi semana de descarga, y el área donde sentí el mayor impacto fue definitivamente en el front, ya que no es mi punto fuerte. Por lo tanto, decidí entrenar un poco en casa, aprovechando que actualmente no estoy asistiendo a clases debido a la Semana Santa, y prefiero ir a las barras para entrenar dinámicos. Mi rutina, en resumen, consiste en front, con algunas variantes como half, tuck advanced, etc. Además, realizo varios hefestos para fortalecer los bíceps y, por supuesto, siempre hago un estiramiento y calentamiento antes del entrenamiento.
