Hoy les compartiré un breve resumen de los días 04, 05, y 06 del #dipschallenge2024, reto que consiste en hacer cada día fondos en barras paralelas, equivalentes a los días que transcurran del año. Mi nombre es Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina, atleta profesional de Calistenia en la especialidad de Sets and Reps y este contenido fotográfico va dedicado a Dios y a todos aquellos que me visitan.
Greetings, #hive friends and #liketu users! In this opportunity I want to give continuity through this photographic content to the challenge that I am carrying out daily. Today I will share with you a brief summary of days 04, 05, and 06 of the #dipschallenge2024, challenge that consists of doing every day funds in parallel bars, equivalent to the days that pass of the year. My name is Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina, professional Calisthenics athlete in the specialty of Sets and Reps and this photographic content is dedicated to God and to all those who visit me.
Comencemos con el día 04, este día fue agradable e impresionante, en el sentido de que pude captar unas fotografías con excelente calidad mediante el uso de un disparador que trajo mi trípode, el cual funciona conectado vía bluetooth a mi dispositivo. Al culminar el reto diario hice una serie de ejercicios para complementar y me fui a mi casa a editar el contenido.
Let's start with day 04, this day was nice and impressive, in the sense that I was able to capture some pictures with excellent quality through the use of a trigger that brought my tripod, which works connected via bluetooth to my device. At the end of the daily challenge I did a series of exercises to complement and went home to edit the content.
El día 05 quise hacerlo un poco más dinámico, agregando un fondo explosivo en la primera repetición y realizando una breve sesión de estáticos al final del reto diario. Las posturas estáticas captadas en cámara son elementos del Street workout y la calistenia, que llevan por nombre front lever y back lever.
On day 05 I wanted to make it a little more dynamic, adding an explosive bottom on the first repetition and performing a short static session at the end of the daily challenge. The static poses captured on camera are elements of street workout and calisthenics, named front lever and back lever.
Finalmente, el día 06 fue una fecha conmemorativa al deporte nacional en general, por lo que los entes gubernamentales del municipio nos hicieron una invitación a la Iglesia Parroquial del Consejo para recibir una misa y un reconocimiento a nuestro equipo Bears Fighters. Llegué un poco tarde para la grabación del reto, sin embargo, concreté exitosamente mi día 06 durante la noche. Finally, day 06 was a commemorative date for the national sport in general, so the governmental entities of the municipality invited us to the Parish Church of the Council to receive a mass and a recognition to our team Bears Fighters. I arrived a little late for the recording of the challenge, however, I successfully completed my day 06 during the night. This concludes my report of activities with the 2024 fund challenge.
