Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! En esta ocasión vengo a mostrarles parte de mi entrenamiento para la Copa Sette que será realizada este sábado 16 de marzo en la ciudad de Caracas. ho fue un entrenamiento bastante suave ya que como es la última semana de entrenamiento, no queremos estar fatigados y así poder llegar frescos el día de la compe, hice unos pequeños combos de Front Lever y plancha y la verdad que hoy estuve ligero y logré hacer los combos bastante bien, pronto seguiré publicando mis entrenamientos 💪🏾.
